
Our aim is for total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us immediately. We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase, subject to it being returned in its original condition and packaging. However, if you decide to return a product, we will not refund the postage cost, that is the customer's responsibility.

Billing & Prices
Unlike many other Internet retailers, we only take payment on the day we despatch your order. You will normally receive your goods within 4 - 8 working days from when we receive your order. All prices on this website are quoted in UK Pounds. All prices exclude postage and packing, but are quoted inclusive of VAT.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 2 working days and Fuel Dynamics Ltd will refund you the full purchase price including p & p. However, if you have decided that you don't want the product, we will refund the price of the product, but return postage and packaging costs will be your responsibility.
Any product you return must be returned complete, in clean condition and in its original packaging. Please allow up to 21 days from us receiving your returned item for it to be processed and refunded.

Cancellations & Alterations
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please call us on 023 8023 6848 (during office hours), or email us at magnetic-innovations@inbox.com. Please will you to email us, or call us between 09:00 and 10:00, to make sure of catching us before your order is processed. If you do email us, please include a daytime telephone number we can call.
If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will be happy to alter or cancel it with no problems. If we have already sent your order, we will still refund your purchase, although you will have to pay the return postage costs.
