The principle benefit of this unit is ‘saving gas or oil consumption’ without any change in user habits. The effect of magnetizing gas and oil is clearly visible. Just check the flame profile through the site glass and the brightness and intensity of the flame is very noticeable.

By improving the burn efficiency more heat is generated in less time so less gas is used - obviously this will save you money. The environmental benefit is this; as more of the fuel is completely burnt there is a reduction in CO of about 20%. As the ‘burn’ is cleaner the boiler is more efficient and maintenance work is reduced, service intervals therefore can be extended adding to the possible savings.

There are two units available for the domestic gas market both are 100mm long , one to fit a 15mm copper pipe and the other to fit 22mm. These are for the most common pipe sizes used.

Fitting is very easy - the unit needs to be clamped to the copper gas supply line about one metre from the boiler itself. The ‘clamping’ itself takes a few seconds and once done the unit requires no further attention - ever - just watch the savings come through from the improved efficiency.

The gas supply pipe has to be of copper or stainless steel for the unit to work.
